Durable Skills Pilot

For Middle and High Schools

Aug 2025 - April 2026

The National School Board Association (“NSBA”) and ProjectSet invites middle and high school leaders in the US to join a pilot program to promote Durable Skills in their students. This free, six-month program provides:

  • Students with personalized curriculum of on-demand digital tutorials, projects, and tools – based on their career preferences – to build and demonstrate their durable skills.

  • School educators and leaders with data and evidence of the skills impact of their students and programs.

Schools will be required to nominate a coordinator for the duration of the pilot (average 2 hours per week) to coordinate all communication between the program team and students.

For more information, please register your interest.

How does the pilot work?

The pilot team from NSBA/ ProjectSet will provide nominated educators from each school an exclusive portal to

  • Invite and involve their students in the programme.

  • Steer and track their engagement in the programme.

  • Manage engagement with local employer communities
